To meet the needs of our clients, Neil Raiff, CPA was established as a MA CPA firm to provide accounting, tax, and business advisory services to corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout the Boston area. Recognizing that each client has unique goals, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. To better meet the needs of our clients, we have individualized services for clients in industries like Individuals, Construction Accounting, Financial Services Accounting, professional services and various consumer services. These individualized services have enabled us to address their industry specific challenges, compliance needs and standard tax practices.
Neil Raiff
Neil has over 20 years of tax and accounting experience. Neil has served business clients ranging from sole proprietors to small corporations to privately owned companies. In addition to public accounting, he has served as a controller/chief financial officer for several corporations. These corporations were involved in the food manufacturing and distribution business. Neil's background in both public accounting and private industry gives him a unique perspective to the financial and management needs of business owners.
As controller/chief financial officer, Neil has been able to help his clients grow by taking over the financial end of the business allowing the clients to concentrate on the sales piece. As part of this representation, Neil has dealt with banks, insurance brokers, and outside auditors. His forecasts have been recognized for their professional content and one has resulted in a $5,000,000 credit facility. He has performed financial analysis to monitor compliance with loan covenants as well as budget analysis to monitor the company. He has also managed operational procedures in certain circumstances.
Neil has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College, Waltham, MA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
